But I was the only one who seemed to understand this. Doubling my grip on the laser gun, I crept along the dark alley. My heart pounded and drowned my thoughts. My plans. My mission. I took a shaky breath. The humid air suffocated my lungs and didn’t help relax my nerves. A rattle sounded. I whipped around but only spotted the tin lid of a trash can rolling in a circle. Around and around, in an unstoppable motion. Clank. It collapsed to the cobblestone ground. I took it as a sign. That anything - anyone - can be stopped. A sign I need to continue on my mission. Find the Olcken Compass. I violently shook my head. General Karmping’s words were too loud in my mind. I almost squeezed my eyes shut to push the words away, but thought better of it. After all, the last thing needed was another way to remember what brought me here. The mission General Karmping had sent five of us out on. In search of the legendary Olcken Compass. I stuffed my hand into my pant’s pocket and enclosed my dirt-stained fingers around a small, circular object. Suddenly the noisy sound of an engine drew near. I reached the edge of the alley. My foot barely rested on the line where dark met light. Once I stepped free from the shadows, there’d be no turning back. The Olcken Compass wasn’t safe, but the problem was General Karmping and his rebel group didn’t need it anymore, though they didn’t know that. I gulped. The source of the engine sound grew louder until an odd looking machine zipped up beside me. It looked like a sports car but hovered about three feet into the air. The latest car model was said to be fueled by Lightspeed alone and could outdrive any machine. Which was great for someone who always had the law after them. Someone like me. “Heya, Mahitha. In trouble again?” A fourteen year old boy smirked and ruffled his dark brown hair. Though I was a year older than him, you couldn’t tell it from his very tall height. Not to mention, he seemed to possess some power to feed people whatever lies he wanted. Though, I never fell for his tricks. I climbed into the passenger’s side of his ElectroSpeeder and pointed to the path, curving into another alley. “Take me to the Professor’s lab and don’t ask questions.” The ElectroSpeeder immediately zipped into motion and hurled its way to the alley. The fierce wind from how fast we were moving made it hard to breathe. We turned into the alley and the smell of mildew overwhelmed my senses. “So what happened to you, M?” Joel asked. I slouched and muttered, “I said no questions.” “C’mon. Three days ago you were setting out to find the Olcken Compass and now you’re running ‘round like a wild and crazy girl.” I didn’t say anything. He continued pestering me with questions but my thoughts drifted far from him. And toward the dream I had last night. I double checked that the round object was still in my pocket, gingerly rubbing one side of it. It must be destroyed! I shut my eyes, so tight not even a slither of light could break the darkness. My dream filled my vision. It began with that warning and followed with a blazing fire spreading through the rebel base. It’s blue flame lit the dark eyes of the midnight sky. People ran everywhere, trying to escape the fire’s destructive path. We could outrun it, but our base and resources would be forever destroyed. For years we had protected this land from the King and his evil minions, but if our homebase was burned and our companions scattered....We would be done for. Who would’ve thought something as small as the Olcken Compass could cause this? But that was it, no one did. Which was why General Karmping wanted someone to retrieve it from its bed in the depths of the sea. “I have to destroy it,” I mumbled to myself. “What?” Joel’s eyes grew perfectly round. Deep in my gut, I knew I couldn’t do this on my own and needed my friend’s help. “The Olcken Compass.” There I said it. Now everyone would think I was crazy because our one hope to defeat the King had to be destroyed. But they didn’t see my dream. They didn’t understand dreams came true. “Are you crazy? No, you need to find the Compass and give it to the General.” “Don’t you know how the Compass works?” Joel furrowed his brows, but I turned from his burning gaze. Shoving my hand into my pocket, I sighed in relief. The object was still tucked safely with me. “The Olcken Compass can let someone see into the future,” Joel answered. He thought everything in life was so simple, didn’t he? I wanted to laugh because he was so naive. “The Olcken Compass points to the future and lets you see it in dreams. The problem with that is when one has a nightmare. Trust me when I say this. The King found the Compass before Karmping knew where to search. I’m not sure how, but that Compass will explode when it makes it to Camp. It will burn our rebel base to ash.” “You have it,” he breathed. Not being able to deny it, I clenched my fist around the object. “Just get me to the Professor’s lab and don’t ask anymore questions.” Joel fell silent, and it wasn’t much longer before the ElectroSpeeder came to a rickety shack. I stepped out of the car and dashed to the shack. My heart thumped so hard, and I couldn’t breathe. Hurling the door open, I stepped inside a cluttered room that had succumbed to the evening’s shadows. “Professor?” I whispered-yelled. “I don’t think he’s here, M.” I almost rolled my eyes but found enough self-control to spin and lock eyes with Joel. “Leave.” “M, you’re going to-” “You can’t stop me.” Joel shook his head and stepped closer. “I’m not trying to. I believe you and want to help.” “Why is the Professor not here?” I asked; my voice sounded hoarse. Joel shuffled his feet and didn’t meet my eyes. My gut sank to my toes. I didn’t know why the Professor was here - didn’t want to, either - but I was certain that the King had something to do with this. I gritted my teeth and raced to a scuffed-up table near the back of the room. I shoved the bottle contents to the ground. They shattered to a million glass shreds, each crack piercing my ears. For the first time since acquiring it, I pulled the Olcken Compass from my pocket, placed it on the table, and opened it. The arrow stared directly at me. It had given me the dream, the prophecy, the vision of the future. And in thanks, I had to destroy it and make sure that dream never came true. Joel let out a low whistle. “How do you plan to destroy that thing?” Suddenly, a flash of light overwhelmed my senses. In my fading vision, I saw the Compass' arrow spinning wildly until it landed to a corner in the room. My breath fled me as a sharp pain filled my head. For I saw the future one last time. I pointed in the direction where the arrow had landed. “Get the dagger! End this!” As the darkness enveloped me, I could only trust he’d know what to do. # “Mahitha.” Someone shook my shoulder. I threw open my eyes and saw a boy smirking above me. Sitting, I ignored the light headedness filling me. We were in the Professor’s lab, but one thing had changed since I passed out. The Compass rested on the table in a million shattered pieces and Joel gripped a sharp dagger. It was over! The Olcken Compass was destroyed and my mission completed. An indescribable hope filled me in knowing us rebels had another day to fight. >>><<<
Ah, wasn't that such a great story, y'all? It really kept me on the edge of my seat! 😉 Once again, thank you, SO much to everyone who participated! I'm really glad I had more participants than last time! I loved everyone's stories. It was such a tough decision to make. Last post, a lot of you had mentioned that you were okay with there being no short story contest this month. Honestly, I feel relieved that I can prepare for next month's contest 😌, so thank you for your input and great patience! 😄 Also, stay tuned for the TWO awards that I got nominated for! Can't wait to do them! 😉 Have a wonderful day, everyone and stay safe! 😊 Hey, everyone! I'm sure, guessing by the title, y'all know that today is the day I do my first collaboration! This collaboration is with a blogger friend that I think at least half of you know! Her name is Saumya and she has such an awesome blog! Please take a few minutes to check it out!! :) Alright, so, Saumya's questions for me will be in bold, and my answers will be italicized. (I'm trying something a bit new today! 😉) 1. Never Have I Ever Tried to Impress a Crush by Pretending to Like Things They Liked? That's true! I have never tried tried to impress any crush, let alone pretend to like the things they liked! I believe it's best to be yourself instead of hide yourself behind a mask! 2. Never Have I Ever Met a Celebrity? Nope! I have never met a celebrity! I actually tend to stay home a lot, so I don't go out much. So that just decreases my chances of meeting a celebrity. 😂 3. Never Have I Ever Cried in School? I actually have cried in school before. If you're one of my friends, I'm guessing you'd be surprised to find out that I've actually cried in public! I'm actually the kind of person who doesn't cry much and tries not to cry when it's unnecessary. So, I have cried in school before, just not in front of anyone. I actually cried in the bathroom. XD 4. Never Have I Ever Stolen Anything? *Sighs* I guess there must come a time that I have to confess things, even if I don't want to. I actually have stolen something. It wasn't anything big, though, so don't worry! I have stolen many things from my brother (many of which I've hid), and I've stolen some money from my mom. Yes, I know. I probably sound like a bad person now. But please don't think of me that way! I used the money to buy my friend a book she wanted! (I hope no one criticizes me...) 5. Never Have I Ever Eaten a Big Chocolate at Once? Despite being a HUGE chocolate-lover, I have NEVER eaten a big chocolate at once. I've only eaten them piece by piece and shared the rest with my family! So, I'm gonna have to wait for a while if I want to eat so much chocolate at once. 😂 6. Never Have I Ever Watched a Full Movie at Night Without Telling to a Parent? Yep, I have never done that! I always either watch it with my parents, or watch it alone with one of my parents' permission. 7. Never Have I Ever Bunked Class? No way! I would never do that! I think education is far too important to be skipped! I have never done that and I will never do so in the future! (Unless I have a parent's permission, which so far, I haven't had.) 8. Never Have I Ever Cheated in an Exam? Well...Shruthika, you're probably SUPER happy that I have to answer this question now. XD I recently made her answer this question on one of the tags I tagged her on, so she's probably jumping in her seat, awaiting my answer. So, I have actually cheated on an exam. It wasn't anything huge, more like a pop quiz in 2nd grade. (Hey, it was hard. Don't judge!) I kept glancing over at my partner's quiz paper until they were done with it and had turned it in. I wasn't able to cheat anymore, so I just tried my best. I got one point off on the quiz that day. 😅 (I guess whoever said cheaters never win was right!) 9. Never Have I Ever Sang in Shower? Okay, I'm starting to think these questions are tryna expose me...(serves me right for exposing Shruthika all the time!) 😂 Well, I haven't exactly sang in the shower. More like, whispered in the shower. (Yes, I know, I'm weird...) I kinda whisper-sing in the shower. Not often, but whenever I have a song stuck in my head. So, yeah... 10. Never Have I Ever Played Candy Crush? I actually have on my uncle's phone! It's not a bad game! 11. Never Have I Ever Googled My Own Name to See What Comes Up? I have! A few book reviews and my blog popped up. (Yes, I'm that boring.) 12. Never Have I Ever Had a Cavity? I have NEVER had a cavity! My teeth are perfectly healthy (according to my dentist)!! Well, I enjoyed doing this collab post!! I hope y'all enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it! Also, if you still haven't checked out Saumya's blog, please do so right now!! I'm not kidding, she really does have a very great blog! Have an amazing day, everyone!! 😉 P.S. Thank you so, so much to everyone who submitted their short story for March! I really am SUPER grateful that I got more entries than February! FYI, I'm going to announce the winners of last month's contest a bit later (since I've got a lot going on at the moment), so please be patient until I've got a few things sorted out. Thank you!!!! 😊
P.P.S. Sorry about that last P.S. being a bit long! I also wanted to know if anyone was okay with there being no short story contest for this month! (I realized it might be a bit difficult to handle...) Please let me know in the comments! All responses are valuable to me! Thank you!! Hey, y'all! As you probably guessed from the title, I wrote a guest post on Poorwa's amazing blog!! Please take a minute to check it out! She writes the best posts! Here is the link to my guest posting that I did on her blog! I hope all of you like it. It's my first guest posting ever!!! :) Have a fantastic day! P.S. Click here if y'all want ideas for this month's short story contest! :)
Hello, everyone! Today's post will not be just any post, but a guest post by Katherine herself! *applause* Let me remind y'all that she won as a first place winner of this contest, that's why she got this oppurtunity!! Now, let's get on with her post, shall we? 😉 𝑯𝑶𝑾 𝑰 𝑮𝑬𝑻 𝑬𝑿𝑪𝑰𝑻𝑬𝑫 𝑻𝑶 𝑾𝑹𝑰𝑻𝑬 Thank you so much, Mahitha, for letting me guest post on your blog!!!!!!! You’re AWESOME, girl!!!!! For today’s post . . . When we first start writing our brand new idea, we’re just SO EXCITED, am I right? But what about after you’ve been in it awhile and you start to lose your motivation and excitement to continue writing? Let’s face it, it’s hard to write when we’re not excited about it. That brings me to today. I will be sharing with you some tips, tricks, and things I have done to get myself into the world/zone/mood of my story (which, basically, gets me excited to write). Trick 1: write a fun piece or scene with your characters. This is basically where you write about your characters or your world, but the scene doesn’t add to the plotline of your story. Writing a fun scene can help you understand your characters or world better so that when you do actually write the parts that go into your story you’ll already know what the world may look like or your character’s personality. Currently, I’m writing a scene where I am talking with my MC. It’s been fun to see how my MC would react to me, and writing this scene also helped me to know some of my MC’s secrets that I didn’t know when I was writing the first couple chapters. Trick 2: write a poem to get into the head of your character. This can be any form of poetry. What I did was create a book-spine poem for one of my characters. It was a lot of fun trying a different form of poetry than what I am used to and this also helped me hear my characters voice through the words I had put together with the spines of books. Trick 3: create a playlist. This is a great way to put together all the songs that inspire your story. Trick 4: design collages, mock covers, bookmarks, or anything else you want to design. This one is a lot of fun and great visuals to inspire you to write. You can even create a digital or non-digital scrapbook for your story. Trick 5: draw. You can draw scenes from your story, places in your world, or even your characters themselves. Drawing is a great way to visualize your story. Trick 6: make or print a map. You don’t just have to be a fantasy author to create a map. You can make one even for real places. And if you don’t feel like making one, then you can print a map for the setting of your story world. Trick 7: make other items that are inspired or important to the story. This is the trick that I probably use the most. So far for my WIP, I have made a necklace inspired by one of my MCs (who’s a princess). I am also working on creating a model for the castle (̶I̶ ̶s̶h̶o̶u̶l̶d̶’̶v̶e̶ ̶c̶h̶o̶s̶e̶n̶ ̶a̶ ̶s̶m̶a̶l̶l̶ ̶h̶o̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶o̶r̶ ̶s̶o̶m̶e̶t̶h̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶b̶e̶c̶a̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶a̶ ̶c̶a̶s̶t̶l̶e̶ ̶t̶a̶k̶e̶s̶ ̶F̶O̶R̶E̶V̶E̶R̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶m̶a̶k̶e̶). Making the castle model is a lot of fun. Plus, seeing the model of the castle helps me to describe it in my WIP. And those are some ideas on how to get excited to write. (Though, I’m starting to wonder if I just taught you guys how to procrastinate your writing. XD) Again, thank you, Mahitha, so much for letting me guest post today!!!!!!!! :D I hope everyone enjoyed the post and maybe found these tips helpful or got some new ideas. In the comments, you can tell me what you do to get excited to write. Until I hear from you . . . *puts on cool black sunglasses* Kat out! Thank you, for your time today, Katherine! All of your tips were amazingly helpful for me and I'm sure everyone else would agree!! Have a fantastic Friday everyone!!! 😊 P.S. Remember that y'all still have time to enter March's short story contest! 🙃

This contest would be nothing without y'all! :) Now, I will share Katherine's story with y'all! Here it is~ >>><<< The Missing Wand: A Fairy Mystery “Have you seen my wand?” I asked Evergreen when he found me in my garden. He sat on a toadstool. “Do I look like I’ve seen it?” he asked, raising his honey-colored eyebrows. I let out an exasperated sigh. Evergreen may have been my best friend but he wasn’t always helpful. “It’s missing, Evergreen! Someone stole it!” “You probably misplaced it.” He shook his head. “That’s what I thought early this morning,” I said as I continued searching the ground. “Until I found clues that led me to believe it was stolen.” The end of my flower-petal dress got caught on a twig. I tried to get it loose but it didn’t work. If I had my wand it would make it easier to get my dress unstuck. “Pineapple,” Evergreen called my name as he came over to help me. He waved his wand and my dress broke loose from the twig. “Thank you,” I said. Evergreen nodded his head then continued talking, “Why would anyone want to steal your wand? All the fairies have their own wands already.” Why wouldn’t anyone want my wand? It’s intricate design was one of the finest for wands. Not to mention it’s gorgeous golden color. “I don’t know for sure,” I replied, “but I need to get my wand back.” “Alright, I’ll help you. What were the clues you were talking about?” “The first clue I found was that the plants had been trampled on.” I pointed around my garden where certain places of the grass and plants were smushed. Evergreen’s eyes were wide like he didn’t notice that earlier. “The other clue was long, bright-red hairs lying everywhere.” I picked up a hair that was underneath my feet and showed it to Evergreen. He took it in his hands and inspected it for a long time. Finally, he looked at me and said in a firm voice, “I know who took your wand, Pineapple.” “YOU DO?” I shrieked. “Who is it?” I stood on tiptoes and anxiously waited for his answer. He nodded his head. “The person who took your wand was a human.” Evergreen gazed around, probably to see if he could find where the human was now. “How do you know it was a human?” Evergreen looked back at me. “This is human hair. I can tell because it’s not as fine and soft as fairy hair. Logically speaking, whoever took your wand was probably a little girl who was excited to find an actual fairy wand.” I let out a deep breath. “How am I going to get it back?” Evergreen thought for a moment. “Alright, I’ve got a plan. You make a replica of your wand while I track down the human who took it.” I nodded in agreement. Evergreen began searching for footprints or anything that would lead him to the culprit. I grabbed the twig that had gotten stuck on my dress earlier. Then I went inside my tree-stump house to forge a fairy wand. First, I sanded the twig so it would be smooth. Then I carved a design that was similar to the one on my wand. Carving the design was not easy though. I got a couple of scratches from it. Once I was done with the carving, I painted the twig gold. After a while, Evergreen came back. “Is the false wand ready?” he asked. “Yep!” “Great! Follow me and I’ll show you where the girl is.” I raised my eyebrows. “So you were right? It really was a human girl who took my wand?” Evergreen nodded. Then he turned to lead the way to the human girl. Evergreen and I flew for what felt like forever before we reached a white house with a girl playing in the backyard. We landed on a tree branch not too high above the girl. Sure enough, the red-headed girl, who looked to be about six-years-old, was waving my wand in the air. I wanted to fly straight down there and get my wand back, but Evergreen held me off. “Here’s what we’re gonna do,” he whispered. “I’m gonna distract the girl by making a bird-call sound. Then you’re going to switch wands.” “Alright. That will work . . . except for one thing. What if she doesn’t put down my wand?” “I’ve got to distract her well enough for her to put it down,” Evergreen said and then flew to another tree. He whistled his bird call and the girl immediately turned her head to the sound. He continued and the girl walked toward the sound. With her curiosity increasing, she tried to climb the tree that Evergreen was in. In doing so, she dropped my wand and I seized my opportunity. I flew to the ground, replaced my wand with the false one, and flew back to the tree I had come from. Evergreen stopped his bird call and flew to my tree. We watched the girl realize the “bird” was gone and climb down from the tree. She then bent down, picked up the forged wand, and happily skipped away. I was happy to have my wand back. But I was even more thrilled that I could make the little girl happy. >>><<< I hope y'all loved her story as much as I did!! Once again, congrats to the winners!!! I love ALL of your stories! Hope y'all have a wonderful day, today! The next short story contest will start tomorrow so stay tuned! :) Henlo my reading friends! Today, I've got a special post planned out for y'all!! As you probably guessed from the title, it's a book review for The False Prince by my favorite author, Jennifer A. Nielsen. *Throws confetti* Alright then, let's get on with the post!! 😉 I could stare at that cover for millenia. XD Okay, first I'm gonna start with the summary. (Since this is my first time writing a summary, please don't judge.) Sage is a fourteen-year-old orphan at Mrs. Turbeldy's Orphanage who means nothing but trouble. He comes across a nobleman known as Bevin Conner who prefers to be called Sir or Master Conner. Conner is looking for boys from orphanages all over Carthya that resemble Prince Jaron (who supposedly died when pirates attacked his ship four years earlier) who will take his place. The boy that Conner chooses will be the prince that will take over the throne of Carthya and will do as he says. If not, the "chosen prince" will exposed by Conner himself. Conner has chosen four boys (one of which he's already executed). Now three boys remain; Tobias, Roden, and Sage. These three boys have to prove that one of them is the ideal fake prince for Conner. The only thing on Sage's mind now is to become the prince, or he will be killed. Of course, Tobias and Roden have their own plans as well. Yay! Done with the summary! I thought I'd never get done with that! 😌 Also, since we got that out of the way, I'm just going to share my favorite quote from this book! “In a crowd of a thousand boys claiming to be the prince, there would be only one with the same look of trouble in his eye.” I like this quote 'cause I feel like it literally relates to the entire book. I'm not sure if all the people that read this book would agree though. Oh, and also, I made a collage too! And this time, no, I did NOT make it in the last minute! 😉 Yes, very simple...probably a bit too simple, I guess... What I Think About This AMAZING Book:- I think it should be rated for ages 11 and up. My star rating for this book is definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars). This is definitely one of THE BEST books I've ever read and recommend it to ANYONE looking for a great book to read, or just simply reading this review. Another thing that I love about this book is the humor and sarcasm. I think that's what helped me become a bit more light-hearted about things. (You can also say that I picked up a few ideas for comebacks 😏.) It's also what made me even more interested in the book than I already was. Sure, it would've been interesting without the humor, but it was EVEN better with it! (Does that sentence make sense?) Also, as much as I LOVE this book, readers who are a bit sensitive about what they read might not like this book. There isn't much violence, but there are injuries and murder mentioned. So if you are (sadly) one of those sensitive readers I do not think you'd like this book very much because of the little violence. Anyway, all of those things being said, I'm telling y'all, this is THE best book ever!!!! I promise, that as soon as one of you read this book, there's no stopping you from wanting more! I'm sure the people who decide to read this book will want to recommend it to as many people as they can (like me!). This book is a real page-turner (and I used to think books like that doesn't exist! 😂). So, what are you waiting for!? Go and somehow get ahold of this amazing book! It's been waiting for you since forever! Have a marvelous day, everyone! P.S. Thank you to everyone who submitted their short stories! Can't wait to announce the winners! :) P.P.S. Add your favorite quote! 9. Finally… Just have fun with it! The Questions:- 1. What is your favorite blog category to write about? (photography, lifestyle, fashion...) Good question! If y'all have known me for long enough, I'm sure you know the answer to this question. I LOVE blogging about tags. I love it so much, in fact, I just can't stop wanting to do them!! Someday, I think I might even create one. The bloggers that aren't new to the blogosphere probably don't know why that's such a big deal, but to me, it is...I'm just not sure why. 😂 2. Do you have a pet? *Memories come back* I...don't have a pet. But I had a pet. RIP, Betta. (Yes, I named my fish Betta, no judging...) 3. How long have you been blogging? Oh, another good question!! I've been blogging since September 21, 2020. So...for about five months. You're right, it hasn't been that long since I first started. I am a fairly new blogger who isn't very great at staying on topic. Speaking of which...time for the next question! 4. What book series do you read over and over again? Okay, I knew I'd have to answer this question sometime in my life. I have never re-read ANY book or book series in my life. (Unless you count the picture books!) *Waits for that to sink in* Yes, I never have. And I'm not exactly proud of it either. Every single time I try to re-read a book or book series, I eventually get bored and move on to another book to read. Most likely because I'd already know what would happen. Luckily, I'm thinking of re-reading The Ascendance Series! It's the only book series that I find worth re-reading. *Nods* 5. If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be? Hmmm... *Think fairly hard* *Thinks harder* *Gets headache* Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of things I would want to change in the world, but to think of only one thing is a bit hard. Well, I guess I'd like to change anything of diversity. I don't want there to be female and male differences, just people. I don't want there to be religion differences, just people. I don't want there to be culture differences, just people. Because no matter how different someone is, they are still a person, inside and out. 6. How many languages do you speak? I speak two languages. But I'm learning a third. I speak English (obviously), and Telugu (an Indian language). I am currently learning Spanish. 7. If you were granted three wishes, what would you wish for? 1. No more fighting in the world. 2. Unlimited happiness. 3. Have everyone else in this entire world get one of their heart's desires. My Questions!:- 1. If you were trapped in a Disney movie, which one would it be, and why? 2. When you were younger, what did you want to be when you get older? 3. What is one way someone can lose your trust? 4. If you could go back to any time in any place in history, when and where would you go and why? 5. What story are you currently reading/writing? What is the title of it? 6. If you see a puddle on the ground, would you walk around it, or over it? 7. What makes you proud about your family? I Tag... But I can play the violin and barely code HTML and CSS. My Favorite Quote:- “Good ideas are always crazy until they’re not." Well, that's it for today's post! Remember y'all, the last date for short story submissions are today at 11:59 PM (PT). So far, I've only gotten one submission! I hope I'll see more soon! Have a spectacular day, everyone!! 🔆 Hello, hello, one and all! (Okay, now I just sound like a guy from the circus...) Today's post is a berry spEciAl post for one of my BERRY dear friends— SHRUTHIKA!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHRUTHIKA!!!! *Throws confetti* 🎉 This BERRY special post in YOUR honor is just for you! (I think I made that clear, correct?) This post will be filled with as many things I can stuff it with (literally). I hope one post doesn't have a word limit because that would be berry sad. ☹️ But no frowning on my friend's birthday, allowed!!!! Everyone must be smiling because today is a happy day!!! 😄 So turn that frown upside down and keep reading this VERY special post! I'm just addicted to this meme because of my science teacher. 😂 Anyways, as I was saying, this post is PACKED with fun stuff. Starting with....*drumroll* A BIRTHDAY SONG! I mean, c'mon, what's a birthday without a birthday song? No, I'm not gonna sing today (sorry ShruShru), instead, I'm gonna send a link to a happy birthday song/video. *Waits 'til the song's over* *Listens to the song and thinks she should've played it instead* Eh, it's the thought that counts, right? *crickets chirping* Right? Anyway, I can't end right there!!! (I mean, I just started) There's still so much more to do!!!! *Looks at all the presents she made and sighs* Next, here's a BERRY special collage a berry special friend made about and for ShruShru! (And yes, I'm gonna continue calling her that for the entire post.) Thank you, Diamond for working so hard on this collage for ShruShru! :D It looks SO good!!! I REALLY hope you like the BEAUTIFUL collage, ShruShru! It was made especially just for you by the amazing Diamond!! 😄 Now, a special music playlist that I made just for ShruShru! Here's the link! *Sings along with all the great songs* Sorry, I would've added more songs, but I just wasn't able to. *Sighs* But, to make up for it, I added a few other songs that I think ShruShru will love! We both have most of the same music taste...I think... Now that I think of it, I probably didn't really make as much as I thought I did. But hey, at least it beats last year!!! Make sure y'all wish a very happy happy birthday for ShruShru! And ShruShru, show off what you did on your birthday in your next blog post, you deserve it! 😉 Well, if any of y'all have had a birthday today as well, then I wish you a happy birthday as well!! Happy birthday, Shruthika! And have a thrilling day everyone else!!! 🎉 P.S. DON'T STOP SMILING! (That's right, I'm watching you.) 🧐 😂
